Keeping the Gray Matter! Brain Fitness and Exercises for Sharp Minds

Exercising the brain consistently is important in counteracting the effects of aging.  Explore tips for maintaining brain health regarding exercise and cognitive stimulation.  Learn the latest computer programs, software and brain exercises to build memory, speed of processing, word retrieval, and more. 

 

Presenter: Mary Ann Keatley, Ph.D., CCC, LLC, Rehabilitation Specialist

 

Mary Ann Keatley has a Ph.D., in Speech-Language Pathology.  She has worked in Neurological Rehabilitation for over 35 years, and has specialized in cognitive re-training for the aging brain.  She is also certified in Biofeedback and Neurotherapy.  Dr. Keatley worked in hospital rehabilitation departments prior to being in private practice for over 20 years.  She has published nationally and internationally in the field of language, outcomes, and the treatment of neurological disorders.
